Depending on the design, major site preparation may be required, such as excavation, setting out of levels for drainage retaining walls, concreting and paving. - Paving, decking, water features, screen fencing, pool surrounds & pergolas will be built at this stage. Installation of irrigation & lighting will take place at this time.
- Prior to planting, the soil is prepared to ensure optimum growth conditions and lawn areas are prepared.
- Lawn (or alternative) is installed followed by planting and mulching to prevent weed growth and reduce evaporation.
- Finally, other garden features such as pots, seats etc will be placed in the garden.
